These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Makehasdai website (makehasdai.com) and the professional design, engineering, and prototyping services offered by Makehasdai, operated by Aleop Tur Garma, freelance industrial designer based in Italy. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Makehasdai provides freelance industrial design, CAD engineering, 3D printing, rapid prototyping, UX/UI design, and web development services to clients worldwide. Service scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines are agreed upon in writing before any project begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All designs, CAD models, renderings, and other creative work produced by Makehasdai remain the intellectual property of Makehasdai until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, all agreed deliverables and intellectual property rights transfer to the client as specified in the project agreement. Makehasdai retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) explicitly prohibits this.
We treat all client project information as confidential by default. For projects requiring formal confidentiality, we offer NDA agreements upon request before any sensitive information is shared. Our standard practice is to not disclose client names, project details, or proprietary data to third parties without written consent.
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Standard practice involves a deposit of 30–50% before project commencement, with the balance due upon delivery. For 3D printing orders, full payment is required before production begins. We accept bank transfers and major online payment methods. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by Italian law.
Makehasdai delivers professional-grade work to the best of its ability. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered files or products. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project. Clients are responsible for validating all engineering outputs before use in production or safety-critical applications.
The content on makehasdai.com — including text, images, designs, and code — is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without written permission. The 3D printing price calculator is provided as an estimation tool only; final pricing is confirmed upon order review. Makehasdai does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
